Purpose

Why this release exists.

The EP is written to help the church sing resurrection as present worship, not only remembered history. It carries the announcement that Jesus is alive into gratitude, freedom and praise.

The songs are designed to be lifted and congregational, with enough simplicity for churches to sing and enough movement to feel like a release with a real Easter-shaped arc.

Arc

The journey through the EP.

Alive Again opens as the lead declaration, while Stone Rolled Away gives the release its more visual empty-grave moment. Risen King turns the announcement into direct adoration.

New Creation Song brings resurrection into lived identity and testimony, before Death Has Lost closes with the EP's broadest final victory declaration.

The heart behind it

A release shaped for gathered worship and everyday listening.

Each EP is developed as part of a wider worship-serving catalogue: clear songs, careful themes and a human-led creative process that keeps theology, singability and pastoral usefulness in view.

Victory with a voice

The release is shaped so resurrection truth can be sung with clarity, confidence and joy.

From event to identity

The sequence moves from the empty grave into the worshipper's new life in Christ.

A bright congregational lift

The arrangement direction favours energy and lift while keeping the songs suitable for gathered worship.

For worship use

Created with the church in mind.

Alive Again is part of a catalogue written to serve local churches, worship leaders and everyday listeners. The songs are intended to be clear enough to sing, focused enough to teach, and honest enough to carry prayer as well as praise.

The EP is available to purchase and stream on major music platforms, with worship resources shaped to support churches, leaders and listeners as the catalogue grows.

Human-led responsibility

AI-aided tools may help explore demos and arrangements, but final lyrical, theological, production and release decisions remain under Chrystopher James's care.

Part of a wider arc

This EP sits within the first-year GPW journey from surrender, faithfulness and grace through hope, holiness, the cross, resurrection, Jesus, praise and peace.
